AB718-ASA1-AA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB718-ASA1-AA6,1,7 1. Page 1, line 13: after the period insert: "A pupil who submits to a breath test may request that a chemical test of his or her blood be administered to verify the results of the breath test. If such a request is made, the school board shall provide a qualified person to administer the blood test and shall pay for the costs of administering the blood test. The results of the blood test shall be available to the pupil and may be used in the same manner as the breath test.".
