AB722-ASA1-AA6,1,2 1. Page 3, line 22: after that line insert:

AB722-ASA1-AA6,1,11 "(2) Proposal for staffing needs. No later than 60 days after the appointment of all of the members to the environmental science council under section 15.107 (16) of the statutes, as created by this act, the environmental science council shall prepare and forward to the secretary of administration a proposal for staffing needs to carry out the functions of the environmental science council. After receiving the proposal, the secretary of administration shall submit a proposal for staffing needs to carry out the functions of the environmental science council to the joint committee on finance for action under section 13.101 of the statutes at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the joint committee on finance under section 13.10 of the statutes.".
