AB732-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB732-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 2: after that line insert:

AB732-ASA1-AA1,1,3 " Section 4m. 11.261 of the statutes is created to read:

AB732-ASA1-AA1,1,5 11.261 Limitation on loans. (1) In this section, "campaign" has the meaning given in s. 11.26 (17).

AB732-ASA1-AA1,1,11 (2) No candidate for a partisan state office or his or her personal campaign committee may together accept loans made by a committee of a recognized political party or legislative campaign committee under s. 11.06 (13) in a cumulative amount exceeding 65% of the maximum disbursement level prescribed under s. 11.31 (1) for the office which the candidate seeks plus 10% of that maximum disbursement level in any campaign.

AB732-ASA1-AA1,1,13 (1) This act first applies with respect to loans made on September 1, 1996.".
