ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 739

AB739-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB739-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 8: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $54,400 to decrease funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB739-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 6: delete "to a" and substitute "to at least one".

AB739-AA1,1,5 3. Page 3, line 12: delete lines 12 and 13 and substitute:

AB739-AA1,1,7 "(2) Determine the need for and create appropriate services to persons with Alzheimer's disease in coordination with local agencies and service providers.".

AB739-AA1,1,8 4. Page 3, line 14: delete "disease and" and substitute "disease,".

AB739-AA1,1,10 5. Page 3, line 15: after "disease" insert: "and advise the department on public policy issues concerning the disease".

AB739-AA1,1,14 6. Page 4, line 16: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $25,900 to decrease funding for authorized FTE positions for the board on aging and long-term care for performance of services under section 16.009 (2) (b) of the statutes.

AB739-AA1,1,15 7. Page 4, line 17: delete "2.0" and substitute "1.5".

AB739-AA1,2,2 8. Page 4, line 24: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $30,900 to decrease funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB739-AA1,2,5 9. Page 5, line 4: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $332,700 to decrease funding for assessments, case plans and services under section 46.27 (11) of the statutes.

AB739-AA1,2,8 10. Page 5, line 10: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $158,000 to decrease funding for assessments, case plans and services under section 46.27 (7) of the statutes.
