AB810-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB810-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 9: delete lines 9 to 14 and substitute:
AB810-AA1,1,6 3"111.81 (13) (b) Any attorney who serves in the office of a constitutional officer
4specified in s. 15.02 (1) or in a department, as defined in s. 15.01 (5), or an
5independent agency, as defined in s. 15.01 (9), and who is designated by his or her
6appointing authority as the chief legal counsel.
AB810-AA1, s. 2m 7Section 2m. 111.81 (13) (c) of the statutes is created to read:
AB810-AA1,1,138 111.81 (13) (c) Any attorney who serves in the office of a constitutional officer
9specified in s. 15.02 (1) or in a department, as defined in s. 15.01 (5), or an
10independent agency, as defined in s. 15.01 (9), and who is designated by his or her
11appointing authority as the deputy chief legal counsel, but only if the office,
12department or independent agency employs a total of 6 or more full-time equivalent
13attorney positions.".
