AB824-AA6,1,4 2. Page 2, line 14: delete "(1) By July 1, 1997, the department of education" and substitute: "(4) By July 1, 1999, the department".

AB824-AA6,1,5 3. Page 2, line 15: delete "in the manner provided".

AB824-AA6,1,7 4. Page 2, line 16: substitute "s. 13.172 (3)" for "section 13.172 (3) of the statutes".
