AB824-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 3.

AB824-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

AB824-SA1,1,6 "(3g) A school board may not adopt a policy under sub. (2) that academically penalizes or otherwise discriminates against a pupil because the pupil's parent or guardian has chosen to exempt the pupil from complying with the policy.".

AB824-SA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 8: substitute "subs. (3) and (3g)" for "sub. (3)".
