AB829-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: after "leaders" insert "and making an appropriation".

AB829-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB829-SA1,1,5 " Section 3m. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table

AB829-SA1, s. 4m Section 4m. 20.445 (6) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB829-SA1,1,9 20.445 (6) (d) General enrollee operations; crew leader compensation. Biennially, the amounts in the schedule for salaries and benefits for crew leaders and regional crew leaders.

AB829-SA1, s. 5m Section 5m. Appropriation changes.

AB829-SA1,2,7 (1)  In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of industry, labor and human relations under section 20.445 (6) (b) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is decreased by $1,209,500 for fiscal year 1996-97 to reflect funding for salaries and benefits for crew leaders and regional crew leaders from the appropriation account under section 20.445 (6) (d) of the statutes, as created by this act.".
