AB830-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 13: delete "A" and substitute "Subject to par. (am), a".

AB830-AA2,1,3 2. Page 3, line 18: after that line insert:

AB830-AA2,1,5 "(am) A creditor may not charge, collect or receive a loan origination fee if any of the following conditions is met:

AB830-AA2,1,7 1. The loan for which the fee is assessed is used in whole or in part to prepay a loan from the creditor to the customer.

AB830-AA2,1,9 2. The loan for which the fee is assessed is prepaid in whole or in part with a loan from the creditor to the customer.".
