AB840-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB840-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete "a district attorney" and substitute "prosecuting attorneys".

AB840-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 2: after "attorney" insert: ", a special prosecutor or public service special prosecutor appointed under s. 978.045, or an assistant attorney general who is assisting a district attorney at the request of the district attorney or a court".
