ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 846

AB846-ASA1,1,2 An Act to amend 144.42 (5) (b) and 144.42 (5) (i) of the statutes; relating to: motor vehicles subject to emission limitations and emission inspection.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB846-ASA1, s. 1 Section 1. 144.42 (5) (b) of the statutes, as affected by 1993 Wisconsin Act 288, is amended to read:

AB846-ASA1,1,6 144.42 (5) (b) A motor vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating exceeding 14,000 10,000 pounds, as determined by the manufacturer of the vehicle.

AB846-ASA1, s. 2 Section 2. 144.42 (5) (i) of the statutes, as created by 1995 Wisconsin Act 137, is amended to read:

AB846-ASA1,1,10 144.42 (5) (i) A farm truck as defined in s. 340.01 (18) (a). This paragraph does not apply after June 30, 1996.
