AB869-SA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 11: delete that line and substitute:

AB869-SA1,1,3 3" Section 1b. 20.115 (7) (e) of the statutes is amended to read:

8(this act), is amended to read:

AB869-SA1,1,129 20.115 (7) (e) Agricultural chemical cleanup program; general fund. The
10amounts in the schedule for reimbursement of corrective action costs under s. 94.73.
11Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a), any unencumbered balance on June 30 of each year
12shall be transferred to the property tax relief fund under s. 25.62.
