AB876-AA3,1,4 1. Page 1, line 5: delete lines 5 and 6 and substitute: "firearm that is loaded and not encased, if carrying or displaying a firearm in that manner is prohibited by a local ordinance, is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.".
