AB876-AA8,1,2 1. Page 1, line 6: after that line insert:

AB876-AA8,1,5 "(2) Whoever carries or displays a firearm that is loaded and not encased, if carrying or displaying a firearm in that manner is prohibited by a local ordinance, is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.".

AB876-AA8,1,6 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " (2)" and substitute "(3)".
