AB908-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB908-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 6: delete lines 6 to 10 and substitute:

AB908-AA1,1,3 "(a) "School" means a public or private elementary or secondary school.

AB908-AA1,1,7 (b) "School staff" means any person who provides services to a school or a school board, including an employe of a school or a school board, a person who provides services to a school or a school board under a contract and a person who provides services to a school or a school board as a volunteer.".

AB908-AA1,1,8 2. Page 3, line 14: delete lines 14 to 16 and substitute:

AB908-AA1,1,9 "(a) The child is enrolled as a student in a school or a school district.

AB908-AA1,1,11 (b) The defendant is a member of the school staff of the school or school district in which the child is enrolled as a student.".
