AB924-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 3: delete lines 3 and 4 and substitute:

AB924-AA2,1,4 "1. The population within the boundaries of the area to be served by the project is less than 700.".

AB924-AA2,1,5 2. Page 3, line 5: after "in" insert "one of".
