AJR98-ASA1,1,1 Relating to: revival of 1995 Assembly Bill 758 for further consideration.

AJR98-ASA1,1,2 Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That:

AJR98-ASA1, s. 1 Section 1. Revival. Notwithstanding 1995 Assembly Joint Resolution 95, section 1 (2), 1995 Assembly Bill 758 is revived for further consideration, which consideration shall begin at the 2nd reading stage notwithstanding assembly rule 15.

AJR98-ASA1, s. 2 Section 2. Question pending. Immediately upon receipt of the senate's message that the senate has concurred in the present assembly joint resolution, all of the following shall occur, notwithstanding assembly rule 15:

AJR98-ASA1,1,11 (1) The bill is withdrawn from committee and is not placed in the committee on rules.

AJR98-ASA1,1,12 (2) The bill is placed directly on the calendar.

AJR98-ASA1,1,13 (3) The bill shall be given its 2nd reading.
