AR2-AA15,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:
AR2-AA15,1,2 21. Page 15, line 13: after that line insert:
AR2-AA15,1,3 3" Section 32m. Assembly rule 26 (6) is created to read:
AR2-AA15,1,114 Assembly Rule 26 (6) No person may use a long-range electronic, mechanical
5or other device to intercept a conversation within the chambers without the consent
6of the assembly pursuant to a resolution specifying the dates and times that the
7interception is allowed. No person may broadcast or otherwise disclose such a
8conversation intercepted by a long-range electronic, mechanical or other device
9without the consent of the assembly pursuant to a resolution. This subsection does
10not prohibit the recording or broadcast of the proceedings of the assembly or of an
11interview conducted with the consent of the person interviewed.".
