SB104-SSA1-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB104-SSA1-SA3,1,2 1. Page 3, line 23: delete that line and substitute:

SB104-SSA1-SA3,1,3 " Section 11m. 70.32 (2m) of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:

SB104-SSA1-SA3,1,9 70.32 (2m) Land may not be classified as agricultural land under sub. (2) (c) 1. for any year unless the owner, for that year, has signed a form prepared by the department of revenue on which the owner identifies generally the land and certifies that the owner's principal occupation is farming or the rental of agricultural land and unless the owner files that form with the assessor of the taxation district where the land is located.".
