SB113-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB113-SA2,1,3 21. Page 3, line 20: delete "to" and substitute "under par. (b) and"; and after
3"school" insert "for not less than one year".
SB113-SA2,1,5 42. Page 5, line 10: delete ", a firearm or an explosive." and substitute "or a
5firearm, as defined in 18 USC 921 (a) (3).".
SB113-SA2,1,6 63. Page 6, line 20: delete lines 20 to 23 and substitute:
SB113-SA2,1,14 7"120.13 (1) (c) 2. The school board shall commence proceedings under subd. 3.
8to expel a pupil from school who while at school or while under the supervision of
9authority passed a loaded firearm as defined in 18 USC 921 (a) (3) and commence
10proceeding under subd. 3. and expel a pupil from school for not less than one year
11whenever it finds that the pupil, while at school or while under the supervision of a
12school authority, possessed an unloaded firearm, as defined in 18 USC 921 (a) (3).
13Annually, the school board shall report to the department the information specified
14under 20 USC 8921 (d) (1) and (2).".
