SB132-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB132-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:
SB132-AA1,1,3 3" Section 2m. 767.32 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB132-AA1,1,74 767.32 (2) Except as provided in sub. (2m) or (2r) or s. 767.327 (3) (d), if the court
5revises a judgment or order with respect to child support payments, it shall do so by
6using the percentage standard established by the department of health and social
7services under s. 46.25 (9).".

SB132-AA1,1,9 9" Section 16m. 767.327 (3) (d) of the statutes is created to read:
SB132-AA1,2,510 767.327 (3) (d) If the court's determination under this subsection will result in
11a substantial change in travel expenses for a parent in exercising his or her right to
12periods of physical placement with the child, and if the court determines that the
13amount of child support payable under a judgment or order is unfair to either parent
14as a result of the change in travel expenses, the court may revise the judgment or
15order with respect to the amount of child support to account for the change in travel
16expenses. If the court revises the judgment or order with respect to the amount of

1child support, the court shall state in writing or on the record the amount by which
2the travel expenses will change, the reasons for the change in expenses, the reasons
3supporting the court's finding that the change in travel expenses is substantial
4enough to render the amount of child support payable under the judgment or order
5unfair to a parent and the amount by which the child support amount is changed.".
