SB178-SA2,1,9 "(2) The department, the barbering and cosmetology examining board, the funeral directors examining board or the pharmacy examining board may promulgate rules establishing a self-inspection program that is in addition to other inspection programs required by law or that is an alternative to other inspection programs required by law.".
