SENATE AMENDMENT 2, To SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, To 1995 SENATE BILL 182

SB182-SSA2-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB182-SSA2-SA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 12: on lines 12 and 13, delete "an appropriation" and substitute "appropriations".

SB182-SSA2-SA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 18: after that line insert:

SB182-SSA2-SA2,1,5 " Section 1m. 20.435 (6) (gs) of the statutes is created to read:

SB182-SSA2-SA2,1,9 20.435 (6) (gs) Sex offender honesty testing. All moneys received from persons who are required to pay for polygraph examinations, as prescribed by rule in accordance with s. 51.375 (3), for expenditures related to the lie detector test program for persons under s. 51.375.".

SB182-SSA2-SA2,1,12 3. Page 4, line 25: after the period insert: "The rules shall provide for assessment of fees upon persons committed to the department to partially offset the costs of the program.".
