SENATE AMENDMENT 1, To 1995 SENATE BILL 184

SB184-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB184-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 3.

SB184-SA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 10: delete that line and substitute: "deems considers necessary, and, if the application was made before July 1, 1968, either".

SB184-SA1,1,8 3. Page 3, line 11: delete lines 11 to 14 and substitute: "has had completed 120 semester hours of education with an accounting concentration at an institution and has at least 3 years of public accounting experience, or its equivalent to".

SB184-SA1,1,12 4. Page 3, line 18: after " practice," insert: "or has completed 150 semester hours of education with an accounting concentration at an institution and has at least 2 years of public accounting experience or its equivalent. The examining board shall judge".

SB184-SA1,1,14 5. Page 3, line 19: delete that line and substitute: "sufficiency of the experience to be judged by the examining board,".

SB184-SA1,2,2 6. Page 3, line 22: delete lines 22 to 25 and substitute: "lic accountants or the equivalency required under this subsection.".
