SB270-SA3,1,7 1. Page 13, line 7: delete lines 7 and 8 and substitute: "sions, that the individual needs specific care or treatment, as identified, to prevent further disability or deterioration, the care or treatment is available and appropriate and will be provided by a person, as identified, and the individual is unwilling to voluntarily accept the care or treatment and also evidences a substantial probability that he or she will, if left untreated, lack".
