SB270-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB270-SA4,1,2 1. Page 18, line 6: after that line insert:

SB270-SA4,1,3 " Section 22m. 51.20 (13) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

SB270-SA4,1,7 51.20 (13) (am) 1. If the allegations under sub. (1) (a) 2. e. are proven, the court shall, as part of the commitment order, require that the county department under s. 51.42 or 51.437 to whom the individual is committed provide to the court a treatment plan that is designed to meet the needs of the individual.

SB270-SA4,1,9 2. This paragraph does not apply after the last day of the 59th month commencing after the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date].".
