SB270-SA5,1,3 1. Page 20, line 6: after "51.42" insert: "and if it can be shown that inpatient treatment is necessary and appropriate to meet the individual's treatment needs".

SB270-SA5,1,7 2. Page 20, line 8: after the period insert: "Transfer of a subject individual to an inpatient facility or to an inpatient treatment program of a treatment facility under this subd. 2d. b. may not be made as punishment of the individual for violating a condition of treatment.".
