Endangered resources — voluntary payments and fees. As a
8continuing appropriation, from moneys received as amounts designated under s.
971.10 (5) (b), the net amounts certified under s. 71.10 (5) (h) 4. and all moneys
10received from fees collected under
ss. s. 29.092 (11) (g) and (h)
and 341.14 (6r) (b) 5.,
11for the purposes of the endangered resources program, as defined under s. 71.10 (5)
12(a) 2. Three-percent of the moneys certified under s. 71.10 (5) (h) 4. in each fiscal year,
13but not to exceed $100,000, shall be allocated for wildlife damage control and
14payment of claims for damage associated with endangered or threatened species.

(1) (a) 10. Moneys received under s. 341.14 (6r) (b) 5. that are deposited

conservation general fund
and credited to the appropriation under s. 20.370

(6r) (b) 5. An additional fee of $25 that is in addition to the fee under
8subd. 2. shall be charged for the issuance or renewal of a plate issued on an annual
9basis for the special group specified under par. (f) 50. An additional fee of $50 that
10is in addition to the fee under subd. 2. shall be charged for the issuance or renewal
11of a plate issued on the biennial basis for the special group specified under par. (f) 50.
12if the plate is issued or renewed during the first year of the biennial registration
13period or $25 for the issuance or renewal if the plate is issued or renewed during the
142nd year of the biennial registration period. All moneys received under this
15subdivision in excess of the initial costs of production of the special group plate under
16par. (f) 50. or $15,000, whichever is less, shall be deposited in the
conservation 17general fund
and credited to the appropriation under s. 20.370 (1) (fs). To the extent
18permitted under ch. 71, the fee under this subdivision is deductible as a charitable
19contribution for purposes of the taxes under ch. 71.".".
