SB376-AA1,1,4 1. Page 1, line 11: delete "damage or attempt to damage" and substitute: "unreasonably destroy, molest, deface, remove or waste".

SB376-AA1,1,6 2. Page 1, line 12: before the period insert: "or attempt to unreasonably destroy, molest, deface, remove or waste any natural resource in the state".
