SB45-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete lines 3 to 8.

SB45-SA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 9: delete "repealed." and substitute "amended to read:".

SB45-SA1,1,4 3. Page 1, line 9: after that line insert:

SB45-SA1,1,10 "180.0622 (2) (b) The shareholders of every a corporation, other than a railroad corporations, corporation, who are also officers or directors of the corporation are personally liable to an amount equal to the par value of shares owned by them respectively, and to the consideration for which their shares without par value was issued, for all debts owing to employes of the corporation for services performed for such corporation, but not exceeding 6 months' service in any one case.".
