SB455-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB455-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 12: delete the underscored material and substitute: ", and after January 1, 1999, to assist local governmental units,".

SB455-SA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 14: delete "to agencies and to local governmental units" and substitute "to agencies".

SB455-SA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 17: delete "to an agency or" and substitute "to an agency".

SB455-SA1,1,7 4. Page 2, line 18: delete the underscored material.

SB455-SA1,1,9 5. Page 2, line 21: delete the underscored material and substitute: ", and after January 1, 1999, to local governmental units,".

SB455-SA1,1,12 6. Page 2, line 22: after the period insert: "In awarding loans under this subsection, the department shall give priority to loans to agencies over any loans to local governmental units.".

SB455-SA1,1,14 7. Page 3, line 2: delete that line and substitute: "facility or, after January 1, 1999, in an existing local facility.".
