SB460-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB460-SA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: delete that line and substitute:
SB460-SA1,1,3 3" Section 1m. 48.981 (7) (a) 2m. of the statutes is created to read:
SB460-SA1,1,54 48.981 (7) (a) 2m. A person authorized to provide or providing intake or
5dispositional services for the court under s. 48.067, 48.069 or 48.10.
SB460-SA1, s. 1p 6Section 1p. 48.981 (7) (a) 2r. of the statutes is created to read:
SB460-SA1,1,87 48.981 (7) (a) 2r. A person authorized to provide or providing intake or
8dispositional services under s. 938.067, 938.069 or 938.10.
SB460-SA1, s. 1r 9Section 1r. 48.981 (7) (a) 7. of the statutes is repealed.".

14conducting dispositional proceedings under subch. VI or VIII in which abuse or
15neglect of the child who is the subject of the report or record is an issue.
SB460-SA1, s. 2m 16Section 2m. 48.981 (7) (a) 10g. of the statutes is amended to read:

148.981 (7) (a) 10g. A court conducting proceedings under s. 48.21, a court
2conducting proceedings related to a petition under s. 48.13 (3m) or (10m) or a court
3conducting dispositional proceedings under subch. VI in which an issue is the
4substantial risk of abuse or neglect of a child who, during the time period covered by
5the report or record, was in the home of the child who is the subject of the report or
6record.
SB460-SA1, s. 2r 7Section 2r. 48.981 (7) (a) 10j. of the statutes is created to read:
SB460-SA1,2,118 48.981 (7) (a) 10j. A court conducting proceedings under s. 938.21, a court
9conducting proceedings relating to a petition under ch. 938 or a court conducting
10dispositional proceedings under subch. VI of ch. 938 in which abuse or neglect of the
11child who is the subject of the report or record is an issue.
SB460-SA1, s. 2v 12Section 2v. 48.981 (7) (a) 11. of the statutes is amended to read:
SB460-SA1,2,1513 48.981 (7) (a) 11. The county corporation counsel or district attorney
14representing the interests of the public and the counsel or guardian ad litem
15representing the interests of a child in proceedings under subd. 10. or, 10g or 10j.".

SB460-SA1,2,18 17" Section 7m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after
18publication, except as follows:
SB460-SA1,2,20 19(1)The treatment of section 48.981 (7) (a) 2r., 10j. and 11. of the statutes takes
20effect on July 1, 1996, or on the day after publication, whichever is later.".
