Page 68, line 1: delete lines 1 to 6 and substitute: "parent proves by a preponderance of the evidence that the parent failed to visit or communicate with the child throughout the time period specified in par. (a) 2. or 3., whichever is applicable, because the parent was comatose throughout that time period.".
