SB501-AA12,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB501-AA12,1,2 1. Page 66, line 2: delete ", subject to par. (c),".

SB501-AA12,1,4 2. Page 67, line 1: on lines 1 and 6, delete "and" and substitute "and,"; and after "has" insert "unreasonably".

SB501-AA12,1,7 3. Page 67, line 2: on lines 2 and 7, after "longer" insert: "and the parent's behavior during this time period demonstrates a substantial lack of concern for the well-being of the child".

SB501-AA12,1,8 4. Page 67, line 8: delete lines 8 to 19.

SB501-AA12,1,9 5. Page 68, line 1: delete lines 1 to 6 and substitute:

SB501-AA12,1,10 " Section 74m. 48.415 (1) (c) of the statutes is repealed.".
