SB501-SA1-SA2,1,4 " Section 25m. 48.13 (11) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB501-SA1-SA2,1,10 48.13 (11) Who is suffering emotional damage for which the parent or, guardian is unwilling to provide treatment, which is evidenced by one or more of the following characteristics, exhibited to a severe degree: anxiety, depression, withdrawal or outward aggressive behavior or legal custodian has neglected, refused or been unable and is neglecting, refusing or unable, for reasons other than poverty, to obtain necessary treatment or to take necessary steps to ameliorate the symptoms;".".
