SB51-SA2,1,3 " Section 6m. 943.13 (4m) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

SB51-SA2,1,8 943.13 (4m) (c) A person participating in a neighborhood watch program, authorized under s. 60.23 (17m) or by a law enforcement agency of a city or village, who enters or remains on the land for the purpose of contacting the owner or occupant, but only if that person is acting within the scope of his or her duties under the neighborhood watch program.".
