SB51-SA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB51-SA6,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: delete lines 2 and 3 and substitute:

SB51-SA6,1,3 "943.13 (1) Whoever does any of the following is subject to a Class B forfeiture:

SB51-SA6,1,5 (a) Enters or remains on any land of another without the express or implied consent of the owner or occupant.

SB51-SA6,1,8 (b) Enters any land of another with intent to catch or kill any birds, animals, or fish on the land or gather any products of the soil without the express consent of the owner or occupant to engage in any of those activities.".
