SB565-AA5,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB565-AA5,1,4 1. Page 4, line 6: after the semicolon insert: "costs incurred by the department of transportation associated with farm progress days;".

SB565-AA5,1,5 2. Page 35, line 21: after that line insert:

SB565-AA5,1,6 "Section 51f. 85.55 of the statutes is created to read:

SB565-AA5,1,9 85.55 Farm progress days. (1) The department is prohibited from charging any sponsor of farm progress days for any costs incurred by the department associated with farm progress days.

SB565-AA5,1,12 (2) The department shall promulgate rules specifying eligibility as a sponsor under sub. (1) and determining the conditions that shall be satisfied to qualify as farm progress days under sub. (1).".

SB565-AA5,1,14 3. Page 56, line 7: after that line, delete the material inserted by senate amendment 12.
