SB565-SSA1-SA15,1,4 " Section 53m. 119.23 (2) (a) (intro.) of the statutes, as affected by 1995 Wisconsin Act 27, is amended to read:

SB565-SSA1-SA15,1,8 119.23 (2) (a) (intro.) Subject to par. (b), beginning in the 1990-91 school year, any pupil in grades kindergarten to 12 who resides within the city may attend, at no charge, any nonsectarian private school located in the city if all of the following apply:".
