SENATE AMENDMENT 3, To 1995 SENATE BILL 584

SB584-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB584-SA3,1,3 1. Page 2, line 3: delete lines 3 and 4 and substitute: "representations showing nudity. (1) In this section:

SB584-SA3,1,4 (a) "Child" means a person who has not attained the age of 18 years.

SB584-SA3,1,5 (b) "Nudity" has the meaning given in s. 948.11 (1) (d).".

SB584-SA3,1,6 2. Page 2, line 7: after "nudity" insert "of an adult".

SB584-SA3,1,7 3. Page 2, line 8: delete the first "person" and substitute "adult".

SB584-SA3,1,8 4. Page 2, line 9: delete "person" and substitute "adult".

SB584-SA3,1,9 5. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:

SB584-SA3,1,11 "(am) Takes a photograph or makes a motion picture, videotape or other visual representation or reproduction that depicts nudity of a child.".

SB584-SA3,1,12 6. Page 2, line 13: after "nudity" insert "of an adult".

SB584-SA3,1,13 7. Page 2, line 14: delete "person" and substitute "adult".

SB584-SA3,1,14 8. Page 3, line 3: delete "person" and substitute "adult".

SB584-SA3,1,15 9. Page 3, line 3: after that line insert:

SB584-SA3,2,2 "(bm) Possesses or distributes a photograph, motion picture, videotape or other visual representation or reproduction that depicts nudity of a child.".

SB584-SA3,2,3 10. Page 3, line 4: delete "(a) and (b)" and substitute "(am) and (bm)".

SB584-SA3,2,4 11. Page 3, line 5: on lines 5 and 22, delete "minor" and substitute "child".
