SB614-SA2-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 7: delete "November 1, 1996" and substitute "January 1, 1997".

SB614-SA2-SA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 8: delete that line and substitute:

SB614-SA2-SA1,1,5 "2. Page 52, line 9: after "1996" insert ", or the general effective date of the act under Section 146b (intro.), whichever is later".
