SB615-AA2,1,7 "(dm) Milwaukee residency required. The department of health and family services may not hire any person to fill a position authorized under paragraph (d) whose duties include the management or delivery of child welfare services, in Milwaukee County unless that person is a resident of Milwaukee County.".
