SB615-AA3,1,7 "(dv)  Program director; Milwaukee residency required. The department of health and family services may not hire any person to fill a position authorized under paragraph (d) whose duties consist of directing the delivery of child welfare services in Milwaukee County unless that person is a resident of Milwaukee County.".
