SENATE AMENDMENT 1, To SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, To 1995 SENATE BILL 64

SB64-SSA2-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB64-SSA2-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 13: after "is" insert "renumbered 182.0175 (1) (c) (intro.) and".

SB64-SSA2-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 14: after "(c)" insert "(intro.)".

SB64-SSA2-SA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 19: delete lines 19 and 20 and substitute: "cilities, drainage facilities and private water facilities and sewer systems. The term does not include any of the following:

SB64-SSA2-SA1, s. 6m Section 6m. 182.0175 (1) (c) 1. and 2. of the statutes are created to read:

SB64-SSA2-SA1,1,8 182.0175 (1) (c) 1. A culvert.

SB64-SSA2-SA1,1,11 2. A fuel storage tank and a fuel storage pipeline, if the pipeline does not cross a public right-of-way and if the tank and pipeline are located on property that is owned or leased by the user of the tank and pipeline.".
