SENATE AMENDMENT 1, To SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, To 1995 SENATE BILL 75

SB75-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB75-SSA1-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: after "teams" insert ", granting rule-making authority".

SB75-SSA1-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

SB75-SSA1-SA1,1,4 " Section 2m. 166.20 (2) (bm) of the statutes is created to read:

SB75-SSA1-SA1,1,6 166.20 (2) (bm) Promulgate rules establishing standards to determine all of the following:

SB75-SSA1-SA1,1,9 1. If a regional or local emergency response team has made a good faith effort to identify a person responsible for a release of a hazardous substance under s. 166.215 (3) or 166.22 (4).

SB75-SSA1-SA1,1,13 2. If a person responsible for a release of a hazardous substance under s. 166.215 (3) or 166.22 (4) is financially able or has the money or resources necessary to reimburse a regional or local emergency response team for the expenses incurred by the regional or local emergency response team in responding to the release.".

SB75-SSA1-SA1,2,2 3. Page 4, line 16: delete "This act" and substitute "The treatment of sections 895.483 (title), (1), (2) and (3) of the statutes".
