SENATE AMENDMENT 1, To 1995 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 3

February 15, 1995 - Offered by Senator Risser.

SJR3-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution as follows:

SJR3-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: substitute "first" for "2nd".

SJR3-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 4 and substitute:

SJR3-SA1,1,4 "Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That:".

SJR3-SA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 4: after that line, in the underscored material, before "proceeds" insert "net".

SJR3-SA1,1,8 4. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 3, and substitute:

SJR3-SA1,1,11 "Be it further resolved, That this proposed amendment be referred to the legislature to be chosen at the next general election and that it be published for 3 months previous to the time of holding such election.".
