AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,2 1. Page 30, line 9: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA17,1,8 "(3) Special payments. If a major league professional baseball team that uses as its home field baseball park facilities that are constructed under this subchapter achieves paid home attendance of more than 2,500,000 in any season, the team shall pay the district $1 for each ticket sold in excess of 250,000 in that season. Payments made under this subsection are in addition to any other payments made by the team to the district.".
