AB1-ASA1-AA8,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-ASA1-AA8,1,3 1. Page 2, line 7: after the first semicolon insert "advertising of alcohol beverages, cigarettes and tobacco products in a baseball park facility;".

AB1-ASA1-AA8,1,4 2. Page 30, line 9: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA8,1,8 "(3) Advertising restricted. No person may display in a baseball park facility any advertising for, or any trademark, service mark, trade name, logo or other commercial symbol of, the following products for the purposes of selling or otherwise promoting these products:

AB1-ASA1-AA8,1,9 (a) Cigarettes, as defined in s. 139.30 (1).

AB1-ASA1-AA8,1,10 (b) Tobacco products, as defined in s. 139.75 (12).

AB1-ASA1-AA8,1,11 (c) Alcohol beverages, as defined in s. 125.02 (1).".
