SENATE AMENDMENT 3, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 3

AB3-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB3-SA3,1,4 1. Page 1, line 10: delete "provisions of the Wisconsin consumer act" and substitute "certain provisions of the Wisconsin consumer act and prohibited debt collection practices for agricultural transactions".

AB3-SA3,1,5 2. Page 11, line 13: before that line insert:

AB3-SA3,1,6 " Section 40q. 427.104 (1) (Lm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB3-SA3,1,9 427.104 (1) (Lm) In the case of a transaction that is primarily for an agricultural purpose, engage in any practice that is prohibited under the 15 USC 1692 to 1692o.".
