AB3-SA4,1,7 "(1m) Required disclosure. With respect to a credit transaction that is primarily for an agricultural purpose, a creditor may not charge, collect or receive any finance charge or fee, unless the creditor provides the debtor with a written disclosure stating that the transaction is not generally subject to the consumer protection provisions of the Wisconsin consumer act.".
